Finding comic training can be tough. There aren't many schools that specialize in it. I know Comic Experience offers courses:

Most of the UDON crew learned through practice, trial and error, critique, slowly building their skills and building up experience.
Taking a quick look through your Gallery, I would recommend that you learn to draw environments, not just characters. Good comic storytelling requires being able to stage your scenes and show the reader where things are happening, not just character shots.
