I'm amused by all the hooplah and anger surrounding announcements of Wonder Woman's new costume that debuted today.
No matter what people may think of the actual design and new storyline, it's definitely the most media attention Wonder Woman has received in a long time, so I'm sure some people at DC are pleased with that, at least.
Looking over Jim Lee's redesign and thinking about the whole thing a bit, I had a sliver of time this evening and thought I'd try sketching it out for fun. After that, a quick splash of colour to give it a graphic edge.

A massive shadowy creature looms towards her from off camera - negative fan reaction, unimpressive comic sales, expectations of a modern era, the future unknown... whatever it may be, Diana faces it down with determination.
Your drawing is good, but the redesign makes me angry and I hate it (it's too..."normal streetclothes-y" looking to me...but I guess anythings better than taking away her powers and making her learn karate or some shit).
